Our Story

New Yorkese was founded by chef Steven Redzikowski owner of Oak at Fourteenth, Bellota, & Brider restaurants.  With experience working in highly acclaimed restaurants accross the US, his career began at the age of 15 at a pizzeria in his hometown in New York.  The dream of opening up his own pizzeria & the search for the perfect pizza in Colorado led him to masterfully create his own balance of ingredients to create a perfectly crispy,  perfectly flavored pizza dough.
