It is all about the dough here at New Yorkese. Our team is dedicated to using the highest quality artisan ingredients to make the best dough for our pizza. We have a very unique blend of freshly milled organic spelt, rye and bread flours that slowly mature for 72 hours in order to achieve a crust that has a chew similar to the pizzas in Naples Italy but also the crisp crusty edges like a New York style pizza.
